Spotlight On Marianna Hill

You can see much more (ahem) of Marianna Hill in Medium Cool (1969), Blood Beach (1980) and Schizo (1980).

  1. Excellent Marianna Hill tribute. Kudos to both the creator and the poster here. I hadn't realized how titillatingly busy she was in those days; how much genre work she did---never recalled the BATMAN entry.

And how good she looked with a...phaser in her hand.

  2. She's a cousin of Gen. Norman Schwarzkopf, apropos of nothing beyond its obvious quirky-trivia value.

  3. It's a shame they didn't make a Spider-Man movie in the 1960s.

Marianna would've been terrific as Mary Jane Watson. :)

  4. Blogger Jaime Weinman is a fan, too:

  5. Just watched the YouTube video at the top . . . . . what, no clips of her in Godfather II, Red-Line 7000, or Medium Cool? Epic Fail. (j/k)

  6. Thanks to David J. Schow, i just became aware of this career-spanning interview with Hill that was published last December. She has very fond memories of The Outer Limits.

Apologies for having to switch to moderated comments. This joker (https://www.blogger.com/profile/07287821785570247118) has been spamming our site for weeks, and we're hoping this will finally get him/her/it to crawl back into the hole from whence it came. Sadly the site isn't smart enough to detect that every single comment they make is spam. We'll be sure to review and post legitimate comments quickly. As for you, "Blogger" (trust me, we've got far more imaginative and appropriate names for you) on behalf of all of us at WACT, don't let the door hit you on the way out!
